Our Mission
We exist to edify, encourage, enrich, and strengthen servants in ministry so they can remain faithfully committed to the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as effectively as possible for as long as possible. We creatively seek ways to do this through a variety of ministry models. We are pastoral care providers, shepherding the hearts and souls of God’s people in accordance with I Thessalonians 5:14. Our ministry priorities are targeted toward global missionaries, pastors, mission organizational leaders, national church leaders, and their families.
“We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves. And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
WHAT WE DO:
Provide God-centered, Christ-magnifying, Scripture-saturated, confidential, and accessible shepherding and spiritual refreshment for missionary families so they can remain faithfully committed to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ as effectively as possible for as long as possible.
We are committed to providing encouragement to those in ministry in rural Alaska and Canada and worldwide in the following ways:
· We go to the fields of service to provide an "on site" ministry.
· We ask questions, taking time to listen to the missionary’s story, and minister the Word of God through Biblical Counseling as pastoral care providers.
· We serve the missionary family, helping with practical needs.
· We host missionary families when in the area.
· We stay connected with the missionary family through email, phone calls, and social media in order to encourage and pray for them in their ministry.
· We connect missionaries with local churches, other missionaries and other resources to help meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
· Assist church planting organization leadership
